pure water system

i have got an ford escort 55 van i am wondering wots the bigest tank i can put in and wot do i have to do to put the system in safely  im getting a diy kit system from wintecs but wot will i have to purchace or get for the van to be able to put it in please help all needed cheers lads

Where can I find Wintec--I looked on Google and only came up with saddles and window replacements!

We have a Citroen Dispatch (more headroom than your Ford, I think)
We've managed to get 2x 250ltr tanks in the van which leaves us enough room for hoses and a couple of wheely units
