no letter and lost about 3 or 4 out of hundreds

you know your customers, so should know what ones will need a pre warning letter.

most should be fine tho

have to say I did warn the moaners that I know would raise an eye brow, I did not give any letters out thought as though better face to face than a letter that confuses, what window cleaner can clean a window with a water stick and no ladders  :o
