If you have been asked to tender.
You will have a booklet, A4 pages with all the information that they require from you.
this will include some of the following
Insurance
Risk Assesments
H&S policy
HR informations - possible
Your credentials
Your experience
Your turnover
then a break down of the costs of every nook and cranny.
depending on who it is they will ask for more. - ie, references.
Also if you do not meet the turnover then you wont 9 out 10 even get a lookin.
When you are tendering it is also usually you are bound by the T&C's and not your your own.
Just label each section clearly and make it well presented in a folder.
