pull ur hose the furtherest away point and work back to van

on first cleans,  clean the tops of the windows first on all the windows then go back and clean rest of windows, this iwll make life easier in the long run, it might take u a bit longer on the first cleans but it is worth it,  (i am now at the point after 4-5 clean on some houses, that when i get there i have to check it has been a month a sthey are still pretty clean)

u will be suprised how many dont care how u clean the windows, as long as they are clean,  i am starting to wear a hiviz jacket and have a sign that says wc in progress, so if any one says anything just say health and safety and they leave you alone lol

im not even wfp............yet!but i think ive picked up a few things.

buy spares(pump/connectors/batteries/etc)toolbox

have a letter typed up for sceptical custys

just wfp the tops first until custys get used to your new way of working

take ur time on first cleans, scrubbing frames first all around then go back glass only.

dont be surprised if ur slower at first and accept there will be frustrations and time lost until u get familiar with the system
price higher/work harder!

i never give out a letter, told the odd one who came out to talk to me, but like i said before i think a lot of it is in wc minds that custy wont like it, just change and get on with it, u wont regret it
