the only problem i see with a 0 hour contracts, is actually geting someone to want it, the way this country is with tax, credits, housing benefits etc, i wouldnt want to work on a 0 hour contracts, as i wouldnt get working tax credits, and the housing beneifts would have to change each week, i just would not be botherd with the hassle,
Ian is right over the 12 weeks, you have to add up all there earnings for the last 12 weeks, devided by 12 and this gives an average and this is the holiday pay
