could anyone advise which/what sort of booster pump i need,I got a 300GPD ro(supposedly, more like 300 Gallon per week!!).I have read that a booster pump will make it produce more water(maybe even something crazy like 300GPD!!).Whats the best pump and whats the cheapest, and will they(if different) do the same job?

pure freedom have this one
http://www.purefreedom.co.uk/aquatecbooster.html
ITs £77.40 plus VAT
A mate of mine has this model and it runs great, he said it t least double his output.
I do know that this pump is ok to run all the time unlike cheap pumps off ebay which youhave to switch off to cool down every 45mins.

I bought one from Pure Freedom about 10 months ago (and an extra DI). Made a massive difference to my production rate. Can't remember exactly by how much but probably doubled it. It increased the rate by exactly what the chap from P F said it would do anyway. Well worth the money. I have a 450gpd from PF.
Also resin lasts a lot longer now.

For god sake dont buy the Gale force marine Pump they are crap full of leakes, mine I returned and it leaked again I repaired it by sealing the pump with silecon It worked for 4 days and berned out,The 2.9 litre is not enough volume and the psi is 50-8- but woks at 40 psi. Not enought pressure at all.Leave well alone.I think the Red Hat Diving on E bay is a better cheap pump what you need is +- 70-80 Psi with a 4 liters m
per min capacityI think they are 50 psi.But I must say they do improve on waste water I now get about 70% pere water and 30 % waste.
