Great program, I have just started using it for 2010...

What feature would you like it to have?

Personally off the top of my head:

Email/txt facilty with the usual group and individual sends.
Daily mileage calculator.
Daily start/finish time.
Greater ability to place txt within invoices i.e headers/footers etc.
Abilty to change heading wording in invoices (i.e different languages).

Would love to hear what you would like to have changed/altered/added to make this already great program better than it is...

Now I do understand that programming changes is not normally an easy process and as with all things...time does equal money...perhaps if enough of us want certain things they will see a need or then again perahps if only a few of us want particular changes we could club together for a special edition or add-on pack for those changes?..Just a thought ;)

Cheers
Dave.

Hi Pingu,

Thanks for the vote of confidence in the software. I am waiting to do another release which has a few features requested previousoly, these include:

Ordering of the debt list by address and last cleaned
Reconciliation
Ability to choose which columns you would like displaying on every table
Unlimited text on the invoice footer
and a few more that will be outlined in the release notes.

We are also working on another branch of the project to facilitate easier customer management and debt lists on the PDA which will be in the next release along with email and text messenging.

Cheers

Ian

For WCP to fit the screen without the need to scroll width wise.

I have added the ability to choose which columns you want displayed on each table so that you can hide columns that are not applicable to you.

Thanks

I would like to see the ability for debts to be highlighted when they become over due like the customer list .
I would also like a drag and drop feature on the wall planner
and finally i would like to be able to put down the amount of water i use on each job like you can with the time it takes to do each job..

The ability to add the payment terms to a customer i.e must pay within 7 days and this to show as late if over that day...

Oh and to be able to produce a report of the above.

Dave.

Gotta say "Drag and Drop" on the wall planner would be wicked. As for water used on a job? mmmmmmmm. Maybe the juice drawn from the battery on every job would be handy  ;D

Just a thought but why not set up a Tags option for this? A lot of customers use Tags for all sorts of things and this is an ideal scenario for it.

Go into the Edit section for a customer and click on Tags, Add/Edit Tag and set one up as Call for a customer that you have to call on then go into Edit on a customer that posts payment and set up a Tag called Post (or whatever you want to call them) then it is a case of adding the relevant Tag to the relevant customer
Best regards Brad

The only problem with this is .
100's of editing  :P
Also it doesn't sound flexable. once a custy is set to post envolope on tag thats it. With a tick box if they fall behind i can just tick  call and collect.
Or have i got it wrong.
i will go and have a look   ::)
