i havent had a pole, but have dealt with wintecs a lot as they are just up the road from me,  they seem ok, some stuff they have to order in  manily tanks,   always have a wide range of stuff in stock,  some times when you visit shop they are a bit slow, but i think that is because there is usually only 2 there

if you are after something, they have a price match thing on at the moment,  see if they sell it then try and find it cheaper some where else, and get them to match it,

I have those poles from wintecs. No probs other than having to replace a section once in a while.

Wintecs are a good company, friendly service, and quick and cheap postage. Get all my stuff from there

From my own experience I do not think WINTEC are a good company to deal with. They buy products that are inferior quality. They charge to exchange went you complain. Blaming you for the producs damage due to not beeen good in the first place. I have had goods never used and Had to pay for replacements as well of 250% more postage than what it cost to send this item to them. AS well as paying to call them to discuss my problem .Now folks might fell I am petty But when I pay I am the customer and they have seamed to have forgotten this vital point of service.

how quick is the delivery from wintecs.

It can come within a day to two days. Orders over £45 free postage. When I was desperate for a part it came in less than 24 hours once and not much postage.
