Just thought  that I would put this on for a person that asks for nothing but deserves some respect and a little more exposure:

makes you think i have to climb onto 2 balcony windows at a school i do really old building when stepping off ladder there is no railings just what i can describe as a stone surround if you like on top of a very large bay window 2ft high internal , Is this allowed in terms of health and safety
