Just a quickie for you all:

Two four story office blocks, easy access, 64 windows around block one ( x 4 stories ) 36 windows on each floor of block 2 ( x 4 stories ) inside and out. Each window is one single pane of glass. No photos I'm afraid as I only pooped down to see the place this morning, in between jobs.

Well, what would YOU charge???

I'm like that after a nice smoke,  I walk down to the kitchen and when I get there Ive forgotten what I went there for and I say  why do I bother

I would of said its 460 windows in total.

Depends on how often they want them cleaning. I would go for at least £1 per window

There are 256 windows on one block and 149 on the other.

I too was thinking of £1 per window; pretty good value when you consider that's inside too.

It's a tricky one isn't it; a decent price for yourself and value for money for the customer. You can't go in too low but too high and you wont get it anyway.

personally, im "Traditional"

But if i was asked to quote for 405 windows id be working out how long it would take me and charging on a £30 an hour for 1 man.... or if you really want the job £25 an hour
