Thanks,
i have been doing this 3 and a half years.... still a newbie in my eyes..
but i still ask as many questions on here as when i first started,
One day i will give advice , honest

I hope that your first piece of advice is: Ask questions.
This is how we all advance in anything. You see, every not every question has an answer, but every question leads to more questions.
Our earliest ancestors asked "What are those shiny things in the night sky?" Now we know what they are, we are asking, "Why are they the way that they are - and where's the dark matter?" When that question is answered, there will be more questions that we can't even guess at yet.
Well, window cleaning isn't quite up there with astrophysics and cosmology, but it still throws up plenty of questions - and when the answers are found, so are more questions.
It has been said that the only stupid question is the one that you don't ask.
