Thank you; a bit less of the 'fat' though.  I'm about 10 pounds overweight, which isn't that much really!

But I do find it sad that your motivation is because you feel you've been kicked down by your peers, so you've got to 'get out there and get what you can'. 

I bet your 'peers' don't really care what you're doing, so why are you still letting them control you?

I know what you are saying tosh,and i do agree to some extent,but i think of life as a challenge and when others have put me down in the past i use that to do better for myself.I suppose we are all under differant rules in life,it would be mad if we were all the same,but i use these negative things in my life to help me move forward.They certainly dont control me,they inspire me to move in the right direction for my life.
By the way i am only jesting with you about your new beliefs,it is good that you find that in your life and it helps you move your life on as well.

I always wondered why millionaires went on to become multi millionaires, clearly its not the money as they would already have enough.
I reckon its the thrill of the chase, and being able to thumb their noses at people who thought they didn't have a chance in hell of succeeding.
I earn good money but will never make it to that sort of league, however when i think i earn as much as many high flyers in the city it gives me a nice feeling to think that i did it on my own, no one has given me a dime, its all been done by taking chances, working hard and building a business that has fortunately prospered even during the recession.
If in 2yrs time you are still in business and your making money then you, and only you can take the credit for it.
Most businesses fail in the first 2years apparently.

when i get in after a days graft i just want to switch off and relax with family.

I agree with you on both these points Sean. I believe the difference is that honest guys don't have to look over their shoulder, and that the dishonest  eventually get found and end up worse off in the long run.

i opening admit i am, i had nothing when i was younger and i used that and people who thought i would come to nothing to achieve what iv achieved.

i love nice cars a nice home a gorgeous women and expensive clothes.

Who'd have thought you'd end up with six websites? I'd look up all those loser predicting swine- and providing they had amounted to nothing befreind them and...... well no actually, this kind of motivation is very self indulgent and childish.You need to grow up.Some will have way more dough than you, some will have done great things with their lives, they won't be in a time capsule where they are amazed at your success.Worst of all they could even be pleased for you that you've come good.

By the question what is more important to your business?You probably mean what is important to you? and the usual answer is profit, but to get to that you need all the other things you mention. So a heirachy is needed with profit at the top and other stuff assembled underneath.
