We have got 6 quotes to do on saturday...so hope that'll bring some xtra business they are all word of mouth.

We also have a quote in on a home for hanicapped adults...we already do their other 5 buildings in the area so hopefully we''ll get that also.

After 3 years it's the word of mouth that brings in the most new customers.

Someone told me that on here when I first joined here and to be truthfull I was sceptical...but hey here we are.

Onwards and upwards.

Cheers
Dave.

Not been out at all really for 2 weeks. Getting the odd job off website, and carpet stuff off website and facebook. Every little helps ;) In a week or so we will hopefully forget about this cold weather syndrome. :)

Got my 'foot in the door' yesterday on two places in an affluent little village, one being what looks like a nice big earner.

Nothing new secured for a little while now, its always seems that way this time of year though I have found.

Hopefully a lot of people who'd normally leave for work when its dark and return home when its dark are 'trapped' in by the bad roads and looking at the snow through their dirty windows thinking, 'I really ought to get a window cleaner'!

Some bloke in a red suit stopped me and asked if I'd clean his igloo in the north pole.  Said he'd been lost since Xmas and couldn't find his way home due to the snow.

He must of been loaded, igloos don't normally have windows, must of been over here working with the eastern europeans that MB brought over, and sent money home to get windows fitted,I hear seal clubbing don't pay too highly since its gone none pc!
