Your 'Frost Fighter' uses a lot of electricity?

i had a crack in my strainer and not the bowl which i thought it would have been but the black plastic it screws into, got new part today so im going to keep the bowl as a spare incase, plus my housings gone, this month £80 gone on parts and near £30 on the heater and only a mere £5 in, not good so far!!
