As I am WFP I find it easier to start round the back (furthest window first)

Reaching parts traditional window cleaners can not reach.

i always start at the furthest point away from the van which in most cases is the back of the property and work back to the van,    by doing this I only use the ammount of hose needed and its less hassle with snagging of hose

Same as matt but for different reasons. If you do the door first, they are less likely to come out chatting
Only those who risk going too far will truly know how far they can actually go

Depends.
If there is a convervatory at the back I usually start at the front (with enough slack on the hose to get around the back as hoselocks don't like spin) - a bit like English batsmen.  That way, I canclean the conservatory and work my way from the back to the fronmt onb the ground floor.  Saves a bit of hassle with hose moving.

I always look at each job and work out the fastest and easiest method of cleaning it.

For instance if I have to go though the house, then I will do this first with my back pack, on others it might be the front first, because I want the water to stop dripping from the front door when I go to collect my money.

The best way is what you feel comfortable with, but it is easier to work smarter than harder.

I do this as well,  and also to work out the fastest escape in case the DSS show up suddenly,

after a few near misses I'm always extra careful  ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
