van insurance for young drivers

any one know any companies that will insure young drivers within your business.
the few quotes i have had have been astronomical :o

How young are the drivers , had to wait till 1 lad was 21 before anyone would accept him
That was with Direct Line, and we are in Boro too

YOU CAN GET A SWB LANDROVER Van, on classic insurance , under a grand for 17 year olds  with NFU Insurance.

I went on gocompare.com and found a company call Grove and Dean

They have insured me with 3 points and my son who is 20 and has a IN10 for driving without insurance and they have insured us fully comp for business use  on a VW Caddy 1999 with breakdown cover for £521
