you get behind because of bad weather, holidays,or sickness and dd payments get out of sync with the cleans.

do it monthly and work 4 weekly, job done they get a free clean if your ontime and go for it. Direct debit

I have loads on standing order every 4 weeks if ever late always revert back to the correct clean date, this way they get the clean they are paying for  ;)

The biggest problem is that some banks do not enter the customer's name or their Bank  account No on online banking screen / paper statements.
Best to get the last 4 digits of their bank account No. from then - it makes it easier to identify payments with no name.  It can be a nightmare matching standing order payments to each customer.
