Weather!!
« on: December 16, 2009, 06:02:03 am »
Is it just us up here or is everyone suffering from the volume of rain that has been coming down lately.  Just looked outside and it's lashing down out there again, looked at the forcast on BBC and it's in for the day by the look of it.

between -3 and -7 for the past 2 nights...and day temps of 0 deg...here in Holland...already cancelled yesterdays work, plus van battery just died and failed to charge...so not a good day yesterday....
it's -3.6 at the moment (07:49) so we'll see what today brings.

Well I finally got cleaning around 1.30 when the temperature climbed above zero for a while and I had a reasonable afternoon's income.  I worked until dark in light snow.  Looks like it's getting colder over the next few days though.

I've had three of us doing a commercial kitchen clean today, I stupidly volunteered to go outside onto the flat roof and do the fan and ducting, took me over 5 hours and don't think it stopped raining once!!
