Some of the stuff on there is not valid for users with single bottle - your better off phoning the HSE and VOSA with your set up and asking for clarification.

Insurance couldn't get covered with whom im insured with. Although i am covered to carry lpg - which is ok, as i will use it outside of the van when needed.

Dont need to use it regularly on cleans, so dont see the need to pay extra to have it covered.

There are lots of rules and regs regarding proper installed LPG usage appliances in vehicles, most users dont care about let alone know.
