Busy day on today, all planned out to max efficency.

Got to 3 houses and they are all having their gutters cleared and want me to go later.

They didn't tell me this last night when I rang. They have really messed my day up now and I'm well cheesed off.

Oh and the guy doing the work is making a right mess on the windows.

Sometimes?? Make that 95% of the time and you'll be closer to the mark Ian. Let's just hope they don't have a vote next year, or we're all dooooooooooooomed. Dooooooooooooooomed i tell ya.

most of my custys are fine.i dont understand them not telling u they were having their gutters cleaned.unless they just turned up to do the job without ringing?anyway couldnt u of just done some other work after gettin turned away?instead of moaning on ere!! ;)ive just done 5 hrs today as i collect on a monday after 6pm.ive always got plenty of other work to be cleaning if i get a "not today".i only ring the odd custy the night before for access and theyre £20+ stand alone accounts.

When they've finished they will have left a right mess on the windows.  Tell your custies it will be plus 50% for the extra dirt.

It will still clean off in the same time as a normal clean

Dont go back until its due again - if they phone up asking for them to be done, just say you cant fit them in now, as you had already arranged with them to be in their area. You also have other customers to clean for too, you cant drop everyone else just for them.

As you say you rang to let them know your coming, and they didn't tell you. Thats rude in my book.

I agree if they gutter guys make a mess of the windows, why clean up for them?
