My jets are on Algarde stalks, and are actually on the glass no problem rinsing on, as the water doesn't have to fight it's way through dirty bristles.
That reminds me, I need to convert my superlite brush to this system.
It's dead easy, you drill a 5 mm hole through the stock, push a length of 6mm Algarde silicon hose through the hole, it's easier to do if you cut the hose so it has a point on one side.
Once you have the hose pushed through, you cut it square, insert your jet into the tube so it's below the surface, and pull the tube back until it's level with the bristles.
I make jets out of plastic, they only need to be about 6mm length, so easy to drill a 2mm hole through.
