i work 99% of the time with no gloves but some days are too cold and others i could manage but why if i can wear gloves and be warm!
sealskinz i find great but trad, and not had them in the rain yet as its never usually cold when raining, so i find them ok but in the past i remmeber them getting wet and it not being great fun but all part of teh job i suppose!

i also bought seal skin gloves which cost me about £20 last winter. I was very disappointed with them. I now use cheap gloves from a builders merchant which are coated with pvc on outside. They cost less than a pound and Are, waterproof!
