It was minging covered in filth and food etc,loads of black marks,loads of spots where they had used vanish etc.
Had a call back today,a big orange mark has appeared on their carpet,whats going on ?
Said they were lucky i got them as clean as i did,but will go there tomorrow arvo and have a look.Here is what i was faced with...

It was poly prop,with the underlay built in,cheapy le cheap,did say it`s possibly something that was there and it has wicked back up through the carpet during the night,as they were out all night and got back this morn to find it !
It`s a thick felt type stuff on the back.
I used fib and fab,p spray gold,and a couple of scoups of double clean,as it was so dirty

Might be a reaction from all the cleaning solutions mark.

When you say its orange it does sound like the above,unless something has wicked up.

could be over application of cleaning solution - or more likely something has wicked up - from the backing I guess - as u had to apply sooo much pre spray. Bad luck it happens (to us all?)

The darker patch is not a shaddow either,it`s where the sun has bleached it,sofa was on top of it.

That`s what i am going in armed with !
Only charged them £48 quid too,they have one of my 20% off vouchers,i have been doing the odd bit for them over the last 4 years,so hope this does not put them off.
In reality though,the carpet was trashed,as you can see from the pics,vanish central.
Did another one today,sick on white carpet,charged £40 for about 15 mins work.
Asked cust what they had done,oh we tried vanish,then tried to steam it out with our steamer,i said there really is not much point in me even getting the machine out,but i will just to show you it`s permenant !

Why did you use FF rinse and double clean together they will have cancelled each other out, you may have well used plain water 
Or did you use Double clean in the pre-spray??

2 scoups in 30ltrs,is all i used,says on the tub it can be used as a booster

you mixed double clean and ff in the rinse tank, the ph will have been 7ish, may as well used water mate.
It can be used as a booster along with other high ph products.

Mark. Thats a carpet where you could hit it hard and got a good result. The products you used were totally unsuitable for that type of carpet and level of soiling.
You would be better off using something such as Powerburst or Champion as a pre-spray, agitate and allow to dwell for about 15 minutes but make sure you wet it enough so it doesn't dry out. Then rinse it with your fibre and fabric rinse.
Mixing chemicals isn't a good idea and also costly. Unless they are specifically made to compliment each other then as Mark says they can end up not working.

Power burst and heat wave would be the way to go, if its already trashed you got nothing to lose
Dont really rate double clean...just my oppinion.

thats not a minger, you need to be able to write your name/logo on the carpet to be a minger. I would use hot powerburst and formula 90 in the tank. water is slightly acidic up our way, and rotowash for aggitation.

Phew i was worried for a while then,went back to look today and found this........
Would deffo say something wicked back up,or they spilt something shortly after i had been,all came out,flash made the after pic look a bit yella,but it was all gone,said call back if it re appears.
