Hi all i would just like to say thanks to everyone on this section.Its open my eyes to lots of thing to do with cleaning carpets you all advised my to get some training in which i did. I was asked to price a job up last week a living room,stairs and landing no stain just needed a cleaning so i quote my price and booked the job in for today.I received a phone call over the weekend asking if i could change the to Monday afternoon that was fine then on sunday i got a message to say they wish to canaell because something has come up and they don't have the money.Anyway when i was out today i was talking to another wc who also does cc i asked him how thing are going said he had done a job the other day, stair landing and living room carpets he charge the house holder £20 for the lot it turns out it was the same job i had booked in.He said it took him 40 Min's so it was a fair price i asked him if he pre vac , pre sprayed etc never did that but said he was sorry as he did not know i had already quote and booked the job in i said he was OK. With out the help and advice from people on here ,i think i would be charging low price like that and with out the training i probably wouldn't be the pre vac,prespray etc. So thanks to you all you have been a big help GR.Cleaning Solutions sorry for the long post
