I hate getting monetary 'tips' (had very few over the years, btw), it's patronising.

£145 so far.usually get about £500 by end of jan.expect nothing and anything else is a bonus!!i dont think its patronising.just shows they appreciate ur service all the year round and i  think they know we struggle to get our workload done on time in winter due to short days and bad weather!
