The job is cleaning and re sanding and it’s just outside London, Heathrow area

Im thinking about £3000-£3500 for cleaning and re sanding, which is about £2 per sq m,
but last year we quoted few small business parks for around £2 per sq metre and apparently we were too expensive as they found few different companies doing it for £1 - £1.50 per sq m. how low would people go with their prices. Seen some websites and they charge £4-6 just cleaning

nationwide i don't know what every one else is charging but in the south east for a small job £3.50 is a fair price to clean and sand.
Anything over say 800 m i drop the price, also depends on how much you need the work at this time of year

£2400 plus VAT assuming they are providing you with a good, uninterrupted water supply.  2 operators, 3 days maximum.
