I would stick to schedule, thats what I do when it normally happens. I would also charge extra as it is a non contract item.
When quoting the contract I wouod normally include an out off schedule hourly rate and apply this to an unscheduled clean.

Well what was i worrying about :
turned up today and started as normal ,as i said in previous post they were dirty as hell cos of the weather .
the manager was pleased to see us , so dispite it raining untill 2.30 we did all the insides and then some of the outs , two more hours in the morning and we have finished
me thinks lesson learned
