can't knock that price.

trouble is i found newspaper ads etc, i always get calls from work i don't want.

i.e   unsuitable house, front of a mid terrace say, miles away, or one awkward flat.  :'(

Lot cheaper than yelo pages.

Yeh the usual phone calls i get are a terraced house bang in the middle of the street, where you aint got any others, then you got to walk all the way round the back.
