first time its ever happened today woman says leave them its going to rain hard tonight,looked at forcast and its fine,thing is she needs a new cleaner now 

I think what they really mean is: 'I'm a bit skint and prioritise other things above my windows or my window cleaner'.

cleaned her for 6 years Tosh shes never worked but her husband does shes just one of these fussy women ,all last night and this morning the telly has been mentioning heavy rain shes just got sucked into it

You usually get this from the neighbour of someone whose underpriced and you have to quote the same price to to her. Mind you if you can do the two houses togeather without moving the van it can still make it worthwhile.

had a text of one yesterday to say 'dont bother with the windows this week as they are clean enough' like wtf, if i sent a text back and said 'wont be round this week cant be bothered' would that go down well?  NO when my rounds up and running properly these f***around custys will be dropped like a hot spud!!

I had one woman that complained because i made too much noise when i cleaned the windows and then spend twenty minutes telling me how to clean windows the neighbour later told me she also told the plumber how to do his job---dumped
Another one that hadnt paid the month before so paid twice said make sure you do a good job as its like i have paid double this month so i told her well last month it felt like i did your windows for free---dumped

Had an 8 weekly cancel today had her first clean 10 weeks ago, I asked if there was a problem with the cleaning, no she replied just they where dirty again after a week, lovely when you done them though   :

i quoted a new house a few months back and the got the job. i said i would phone the night before, as there was access issues.
 so i call the nite before, the woman says, can you come another day, as her husband was not taking his car  to work, the next day, and it was parked underneath the window and he didnt want it getting wet.  i never bothered to call again....

i work with my mate one day a week,2moz actually,and this lady came out b4,we jus did her fronts,6 big windows,£2! and she came out complainin about suds on the window sill,it was rain btw,we sed if u want ur frames n sills cleanin you'l have to pay extra espec wen ur house is soooo underpriced,but she wunt shut up,aparently her son is a window cleaner  : and he wipes all the frames and sill free of charge and so shud we,we jus sed yeh but i bet ur son charges a hell of alot more than £2 for 6 big windows,they never happy,no matter how cheap you do they house for,and how gud of a job you do on da actual windows,they always find sumot to complain about,ungratful gits sum people! do my head in! lol
