i was playing a basketball match last night and went over on my right ankle. So here i am, hobbling around the house on one leg. dosent look like there will be much wwork for a day or 2!!!

Bloody painfull when you do your ankle, I once done tendons in my ankle and I thought I'd broke it, couldn't walk on it for a few days.
