window cleaning in dubai
« on: November 29, 2009, 09:58:43 am »
anyone know any window cleaners operating in dubai
went on a short break over there last week
the building work over there seems to be coming to a end
now all the follow on service industries are kicking in
there are sand storms almost daily and the windows on all the building are covered
there are thousands of villas gagging for a clean up did not see anyone all week
even on the monster size offices and apartment blocks
talking to a fella who lives there the rules and regs for setting up business over there has been made much easier in the last few months as now you dont need to go thro a local agent to sponser your business as they used to take 51%

IT SEEMS LIKE A UNTAPPED PARADISE

despite what you see in the papers and on the news there aint no credit crunch there

still plenty of money about

the fella i was speaking to used a cleaning company uk owned but indian labour
the quality is very poor 3 to 4 visits before they get it right  all the time apparently that goes for most trades over there
cheap labour poope service
many people were saying price isnt a issue its the service they are looking for

But look at the benefits:

Endless sandy beaches
Palm trees
Lots of coconuts
Miscellaneous artillery shells and other live ordnance
Cheap brothels

Hi
Lived there for 6 months and came back in February of this year. Paradise is not all it's cracked up to be. Tried to start a branch of Cleantech there more red tape than you can care for.

Regards
Karl

think you will find that the bubble has really burst over there and the credit crunch is about to bite it with a vengence,    one of the main banks is in big trouble and they are hoping that Shiek Mohammad would step in to help them but that hasn't happened yet and may not at all.

developments over the next few days will soon give an indication

Have you seen Gardiners new SL-3 pole? - it goes to 818 metres to clean the new Burj Dubai skyscraper that's just been built out there! (Tallest man made structure ever)
It's a game of three halves!
