ive done mine with office live which is free. 
Its not as pro as some ive seen,  I like to think it is  but it gets me jobs when ive done no canvassing or advertising else where.

With office live you have to take extra care with search engine optimisation as I'm told Google doesn't rank it as well,. but its a good place to start
