Hi Just about to get my van ready to fit my new WFP system, i ripped all the plylining out yesterday and now im cleaning it all down to get ready to paint, my problem is that i dont have a bulkhead so do i need to worry about water running into the cab (transit van) or should i try and put some sort of wooden block (painted obviously) down to stop this?

I will also be putting all new plylining in and putting loft insulation behind it, is it worth doing the roof of the van as well to ensure a total coverage?

Also has anyone any pics of there vans in the back so i may be able to nick a few ideas or has anyone got any good suggestions whilst i have a blank canvass to work from?

What dimentions are those steel straps holding the tank. I always thought they must be thicker to form a frame your seem to work a strapping hold the tank down.I am not pulling it apart I just need to know for future referance when I do my own van Thanks mate.

Yes defo. Put an industrial strength sealant under it and seal the edges well, the paint over the top of it. Water in the cab is bad news, and can make the van smell real bad after a while!

The roof is prob the most important bit! It makes a massive difference & stops condensation too.
