Just wondering how many (on average and weather permitting ofcourse) houses do people clean in a day. Whats should you realisticallly be looking to knock out?

I do between 13 - 17 a day depending on sizes ect

Just depends on how compact your work is, how long it takes & how long they keep you chatting

depends on the houses if semis/terraced then i aim for min of 20.

i tend to go for value ie £120.00 a day,four day a week £480.00 and thats me happy

i book in 12 house a day and start a 9am,  at worst each house takes me 30 mins,  including talking and all that crap,  i aim to finish for 3 but am usually home for just after 1

Ive got 8 3bed semis / detatched in one street that i park up and clean the lot. A couple have conservatorys. I then move round the corner and 100 yards and clean another 6 without moving the van. Then another 400 yards round the corner and another 6 all within hose reel distance.

Total including 20 mins coffee & biscuts & putting the world to right with one of the house bound custys and her neighbour =

6 hours,
I dont rush and have time for a chat.... though i do feel they are feeding me up there as i get some kind of food from each house

Why does it take 6 hours ? cos i dont have  to keep moving ? packing up and they feed me

Where is your round, sounds great. I dont get fed occasional cup of tea and once a beer which was great. (ve only been w/c 3 months though so maybe food offers come with experience.  Like bad knees!!

what the hell???. are you still trying to blame me for your customers canceling because your cleaning wasnt up to scratch and the customers found you rude and hard to understand due to terrable English. Im not a mug mate so why would i refund you for that?. you dont even make sence when you type.

what a lot of rubbish you are talking MSTAV THE ROUND BUILDER you saw my business with your very own eyes people you talking about dont stay in business for whole 15 years that kind of people give up their business (canvassing) after a shortwhile becouse of mess and un professinalism just like yourself

LOL UNDERSTAND MY ENGLISH I AM NOT A ROUND BUILDER ANYMORE. window cleaning canvassing is rubish and a mugs game i used my head and thought to myself"why am i building up all this work for people earning only 2 cleans from it when I could build my own work up and employ people do do the work and recieve a regular monthly wage from it??"which was the reason i stopped. It wasnt that i was crap at it as built up loads of work for cleaners who were fully happy who still ask me to build there rounds up to this day.
I used the canvassers i employed to build me up 2 massive rounds for me and to be honest I havnt looked back.

that was before I rung the list of cancelations, you are making yourself sound thick again.
Seriously mate you need help. This was 8 months ago and we only did 1 day for you building you up £400 or whatever it was. stop stalking me! Its not my fault you lost 70 percent of the customers is it, afterall i rung them remember as iv never lost that much ever from just the first clean being done. And remember you chose where you wanted the work in that posh new estate that was built so you cant blame me for nothing. Now leave me alone will you
