Lunch Breaks

How many of you guys actually take one?
Reaching parts traditional window cleaners can not reach.

I havs started to take a midday break...but I always feel I should just get on, most days I just eat on the move.

Usually pop home for half an hour. If the Mrs is in a good mood I might not get back out 'till the kids finish school  ;)

I just go grab something eat it and back to it, or if ive taken sandwiches which is rare just ear on the way.

Sometimes i have something to eat then pull van up, drop seat back and have a snooze lol

Eat a massive "Full English " in the NAAFI Max if we have the option. Otherwise, stuff face full before going to work. Only do 4/5 hour days, so eat again when we get home.

Yeah, get a bit of stitch for the first half hour ;D Worth it though, I'm a slave to "Full English" mate.

The first time I cleaned a ford showroom in Leicester I had a meal in the subsidised canteen in the college across the road before I started to clean, once I finished it couldnt move for about 40 minutes, steak and kidney pie, roast spuds and veg then a sponge cake with custard, thought it was a bargain at £2.20 lol
Learned a valuable lesson lol

funny, when you work for someone else you take every last minute of your breaks,
but when you work for yourself you forget. :D

AAHH, that's because you haven't had ARMY special training Matt. I was in the 1st Bat Queens own face stuffers. Eat what you can as fast as you can, never know when you can get a cheap meal again. ;D

i used to have a quick 15 min break and eat butties in the car but i now pick the wife up from work and have her dinner hour,as i have got older i find i approch the afternoon work in a better frame of mind and work longer

i was like that at your age ,get a bit older and you will like the break as you end up doing more work

stan where you in your 40s then :D :D,i like to finsh about 4pm cause i go running every night with me 4 m8s,so tend not to work over that. :P :P :P :P
