Sub-Contracting Work
« on: November 21, 2009, 08:01:12 pm »
I may well sub-contract my work out so I would like to get an Idea about what would be expected. You have 2 votes one for what you would expect to pay and be paid.

In my opinion sub-contracting is when they work with their own equipment and do the whole house on their own. It may be that you are in the same area but not working on the same house.

If you would put down your area as well that will help. It would be an average day so whatever your average is would be the total.

If you would give a 5 as well or instead of that too would be helpful.

Thanks

Interesting vote Dean. Personally I would want to earn more than I was paying out but we are all different.

dont mean to state the obvious but obviously the amount depends on the money in the work i wouldnt pay 150 for a 160 job :)

But if i was working i d be looking for around 150 for a decent days work !

Ive paid less, and paid more, all depends on the job but some work for 90 some want 200

sean if you sub mate you need to make more than 6-7%.

i would say if they were doing a job for 200 i would hope to pay between 100 to 140.

i know mate, i said i wouldnt pay 150 for 160 lol

thats why it depends on the work, if you have a job that is 150 and a days work you need someone who will work cheaper (or better prices :) )
