Lava Lamp
« on: November 20, 2009, 08:12:59 pm »
Went to quote a job today and noticed a large stain on the carpet and was told it was the contents of a lava lamp. It's been cleaned lightly with soapy water but is still fairly noticable. Polyprop carpet (not B.Wilton ) Noted limitations on pre clean survey.

Googled contents : Glycerol water, Wax and Carbon Tetrachloride.

Anyone had a similar problem.

Cheers.
Ben

I did one of these a while ago and just powerburst and hot rinse did the trick.
