crystal pure systems.

anyone ever used these guys?

anyone had there mobile fitting service?

no but i considered using them myself as they are nearer to me than Pure Freedom , and all the kit is Pure Freedom. the thing that put me off is the fact that when you call them you get diverted to some fellas mobile which was switched off the 2 times that i rang ...... i wasnt confident of the aftersales support/warranty. Pure Freedom are an engineering company whos phones are manned 5 days a week all day , so for me even though it is a 4 hour drive and a night in a hotel it is worth it for the piece of mind ...... my first van was installed by Window Cleaning Systems in Swansea and they stopped trading 2 weeks after they sold me the system so i have never had any support or warranty from them!! (when i phoned them initially it diverted to some fellas mobile too!) - needless to say i have learnt my lesson.......

i spoke to a chap that used them. they came to him. he siad this bloke goes up and down the country fitting systems. looks ok on the website

I rang them before I went to Pure Freedom,Graig is his name I think,he told me his gear is from Pure Freedom and he buys in bulk  from them,I did ring Pure Freedom to clarify and Andrew Thompson could'nt praise the guy enough,I did however drive 4 hours to Grimsby from Surrey too because their after sales are superb,thats the only reason I went with Pure Freedom in the end after I bought trollies,RO units in the past from them,Andrew McCann was brilliant but sadly no longer there :(

I have used them,

Got all my WFP Equipment from him.  Had one of his trailers, and Craig is a star.  And I live 150 miles away from him.  Dont worry about the phone diverting, he is a busy lad.  Every time I had left him a message, I always had a call back within the hour. - and most of the calls were aftersales help. 

Aftersales help is spot on, better than you would expect on the high street.  I did have a problem with the merlin RO, and Craig came back out to put right next day.

i am not trying to dirty anyones name or reputation but for me its once bitten twice shy , i will always go for a company with an infrastructure , staff and long term reputation.
