i Read on here a while back that there is a letter explaing about wfp to customers were could i find it.

don't explain unless they ask,.. you'll save yourself loads of hassle!

Keep on working like its the most normal thing in the world,.. if someone asks tell them you would have got the new kit ages ago "But its very expensive",.. and that you're delighted to be off those deadly dangerous & highly illegal ladders now. ;)

I tell them it's magic water, they accept that more readily that, tap water - filter - parts per million
as Nat says, just use it, if they ask, tell them it's guaranteed, If they're not happy you'll fix it.

Nath  thank you for that. I also  want to udate my web site. I have never done a website before. And i need to put in some info on wfp. Its easier when you have a guide to what to write. Also how and am i able to join the guild ?

Pop over to www.mgwc.org in about an hour (I'm updating the site!) and fill in the online application form. :)


Nat have you started to send out the paraphernalia for the guild yet?  ;D

The first batch of 2010 member packs will go out tomorrow. The decals only arrived with  me about 15 minutes ago,... they were promised for 2 weeks ago.
