fell off my ladder and broke my shoulder

today my a frame slipped out on me , i was only on the second run, I landed like a ton of bricks.

I snapped the bone where the bicep attaches, i need a screw putting in, going to be done on Tuesday

unlucky mate, what surface was the ladder on a little tip for the future if in any doubt ladder will slip put a damp scrim under the feet it works better than rubber feet or most anti slip devices and is good for any surface.

oh dave one more thing i am having a small break in cornwall with the family for a week where would you recomend visiting.

I was just doing the finishing touches on a big job, very last window.

the surface was polished lino.

if you are looking for a better break than daves in cornwall i recommend the tregenna castle in st ives.....pricey...but so is dave...and i reckon he will ok with his six months convalescence.....he has servants you know........polish most of them i heard....but dont quote me.......ok if you must 8)

ok....in all seriousness...after a strong coffee..( i had a glass of bubbly with my tea)....it was darn expensive.....30 quid for a bottle of bubbly......flippin heck.....anyway i digress.......we were talking about st dave from ives........ah yes st dave morris........i really am sorry to hear of your loss (of footing)....and cant imagine what you are going through...( the bottom rung you say?)....it must have been really painful and my heart goes out to you (did you get paid?) say yes or the pain is magnified by at least 3....(sounds right anyway)....if you are gonna land in hosp for a custie at least get paid mate......i know the way i am typing this has not really conveyed the message i really wanted to get across...but i really feel for you mate :)

ladders aint illegal....illegal users of them are....that includes the uninformed......uninformed not uniformed.......saying that i think dave was rather unfortunate in this instance.......but as they say...thems the breaks......that did not sound the way i intended it.......how can i put it better....got it....oh no dave that is terrible.......i hope you are ok.....too false?......ok.......OMG DAVE are you ok?.......i just cant get the sincerity thing right....any pointers guys.

i keep diggin dont i?.......i just realised who dave is.....erm...erm.......i hope you are ok dave....( get my lawyer on the blower will ye and stop watchin that stupid x factor)....there are more important thing in life than a poxy talent show.....my life will be in ruins if the dave morris pulls the rug from under my feet........vote for the scrimmy...please....its my last chance at (fame?)
