would you feel youve got a full round of good customers ?
after a few years of hard graft i think ive finally got to the stage .
i can turn people down {who used to doubt me }
i luv the fact that i am now in control of what i do and the custom i choose .
would you consider this to be a perfect round ?
the reason i ask is that from friday of this week i will not take on any new customers .
WHY ?
over the years ive learnt that many a new customer you pick up mid november onwards will drop you once christmas as passed .
i really love the fact that i can now turn these down and who seemed to forget they messed me about in my early days '
I now think ive got a full round of good custom .
hows about you ?

you have just said it all dave, it does get to that stage where you are so established, you can turn down work, and pick the cream, when you get new calls, quote higher, you have nothing to lose if they say no

I think that's a difficult question to answer.

Although you are right about the round you've got being built up enough, so you can charge more.

What about carrying on with picking up more customers to take on some staff, which is what I hope to do eventually.

Also charging more and getting them is a good thing as you can then get rid of any bad and/or cheaper customers.

Kind regards. :)

I  dont want to employ i would just sooner keep my round as it is , i feel as a sole trader that i aint doing bad .
i aint got a bad payer to get rid of as i did that a few years ago , my customers go with my increase each year as they love my service at a competative price .
