Got a catering van to clean on Friday, birds keep pooing on it. Any ideas the best way to go about cleaning it ??? Its black so would the water marks really show if i just rinsed it down after i'd washed it?

Sounds like a job that you may have to go around a couple of times.  Sometimes jobs like this look OK when still wet but darken when dry.  I've had the odd job before where I've needed to go around three times on the first clean.

What type of food does this catering van have?  do they cook from it ?
the reason I ask is because if it is a burger type van you will need degreaser and a very good one.
