I am just one single person and i do 3 houses on the side from my regular job that i clean. I have just been asked to clean the office (about 2200 sq feet it has an up stairs and a down stairs) that i work in and i dont know how to price it. It is just me doing it and they will pay for the cleaning materials. It has 4 bathrooms and 7 rooms along with hallways. What should i charge???  I was thinking $100. It would be weekly
