ok, well after a while of designing my own site I need some feedback, although we get 80% of our business from it and its well SEO comes up on Google on first page with many of results that i want, but I know is not a good as I want it to be, so please give me feedback and what you think, any constructive criticize welcome.


P/S i know header is poor but i'm working on that now.

If you loose the stock images and replace them with REAL photos of you and your team at work you will find the response rate from your website will drastically increase.

I'd also say its a bit wordy. Highlight the main benefits of your service and leave the rest for later.

Well depence how you look at it, because all work is done by family coz they all in different trades i.e plastering electrics building etc, so we get them to do work, so yeh you could say we subcontract maintenance work, my husband is a Q Surveyor by trade so we know few people, thats why we decided to do it, so we can offer large packages to landlords etc.

I agree it's long winded in parts.
The site itself is fine but as someone said bang a few piccies
on the site, they don't even have to be of you, check out
other websites and copy and paste the pictures they have
and have them on your site in place of some of the wording.
People like pictures but a lot can't be bothered reading all the spiel.
Couple more spelling mistakes, unavoidable given the word content
on the site.

EOT section - 2nd para "provide a simular service"  should be similar.
MTC section - 2nd para "the cleaning service it especially"  should be is.
Bottom of every page "do not hesitate contacting us"  would read better as "do not hesitate to contact us"



None of this is criticism just observations to help you.
We have all done the same on our websites and letting others look it over helps rectify it.
And if I've made any speling mistakes on this reply tell me.

yeah i thought that too, i'm workng gradually on it, i'm looking to add more colour and less words more pictures etc, but for now i need to keep it going as it is, plan is to change page by page asap but i was hoping isnt too bad now?

If the website is your main advertising then you can't fix this fast enough. You could receive double the calls from a site that has real photos.

Well its bit more on insurance etc, but other than that no hassle, and gardening is one of major things that is beneficial if you work with pivate landlords or estate agents, it can be a bit of a hassle if you just subing it to anyone, you need to know soe one who will do a good job, because is your reputation in the end that will be damaged if they dont do a good job. best thing is is to form good relationship with your subies but dont be soft if you see something you dont like when checking whats been done, tell them. Get them to wear your tops if you use embroided polos etc and abviously there's 2 ways of how you pay the, you either pay they tax or do it on quotation where they pay ther own tax.
