Kitchen and bathroom

Thinking of offering kitchen and bathroom tile and grout cleaning as an add on.
Anybody an idea of equipment I could get to do this?
This is not going to be hard floor cleaning just bog standard tiles and grout.
Was thinking of using Solutions STS as the main cleaner.
