I have a few jobs where the working space is restricted and even using a ground floor pole is difficult.

Typically, I have a block of town houses with two balconies each. They have patio doors and two fixed frames.  The problem is that they all have small patio table and chairs/plant pots etc and there is practically no room to work with a pole.

I could go trad but want to retain the total WFP cleaning of frames etc.

Has anyone already converted and existing brush successfully for this use.  Ideally it would be with a handle like a brush from a brush and dustpan set.  If you have - which brush did you use?

I have a WFP pole thats 2 1/2' long.

I converted a fish landing net handle that I bought in Aldi's. It is 3 section telescopic and about 2.5 ft closed, so easily used with one hand. The aluminium sections are grooved, so the sections can't spin.
I wish they made these poles 18ft long, they would be perfect to use clampless.
I have several town houses on a marina, many of these have small balconies and I was having the same problems as you.
Those chairs are handy to step onto when getting off the ladder, but do get in the way when cleaning.

the smart price (asda indoor brush ) handle fits onto a normal gooseneck and we convert the brush aswell to a wfp brush and it isnice and light.

Thanks for all your replies.  Even a 2.5 ft pole would be a problem but the Aldi brush looks promising.

cant you just take your brush off your pole and use that ?

I probably could do but with the tight angles I need to work at I really need one with a handle coming from one end.  There's a number of car cleaning brushes which I could adapt but thought it worth asking on here first in case someone had already done it.  Adding a trigger would be perfect
