It will be dark in an hours time, they say a 4' length of 3" x 2" is had to see in the dark.  ;)

Just spoke the poopbag on the phone told him iam coming to his house tonight he then put his wife on told her iam coming through for the wand as i seen it on ebay she said it dosent matter what they do with it as they have a email from me saying i will meet on the 11th and she will pay me the £240 so they are within there rights to sell it she assured me that the full amount will be paid on the 11th also i havent to phone them again as i was very threatning she also said the wand isnt on at the house what do you think i should do now how do i stand legally if i drive through there tomorow what happens if they phone the police when i go to there door iam gonna end up smacking him.

Not sure of the legal position but a call to the local police might help clarify and prevent you from doing something you afterwards regret.

Wouldnt do that mate as you will end up in trouble.

Sounds v frustraighting and seems to me is how can they do that..

There are ways to do the sorting out bit mind you if it does come to that ;)

I Agree with Doug,  I'm sure your heart says go around and smack the b@stard but your head should say contact the Police (or trading standards/Citizens advice) for advice.  U r on a sticky wicket if she has an e-mail from you agreeing to collect money on the 11th as technically you have 'sold' it to her although payment has not as yet been made.

No surprise tho judging by his ebay photos, only thing missing is the old banger up on bricks minus wheels!!!!  Good luck with it.

Suggest to the Police that you consider him to be selling goods obtained by deception,and you require the item back.
Do it now,do not wait any longer.
Not sure but I believe any deal done by email is not legally binding as there is no signature,explain to the Police that you were pressured into agreeing the delay for payment and make it clear he is selling an item for which he has not paid and you consider this to be theft.

My a*se! Go to the local police produce the bent cheque, a copy of the ebay listing printed. Ask them to accompany you to collect your property. Title of goods does not pass unless payment has be made in full. You are perfectly within your rights to recover it.I don't care what you put in an email he has no right to sell it.

Just spoke to the police they said it isnt a crminal matter and should try a solicitor or small claims court.

Carboclean is a limited company if he dosent pay and he is packing in carpet cleaning and i chase him through a small claims court will i be able to go after him personally.
