hi all , just got my draft contract back .need your opion , it states NEW PERMISES if the customer moves to another site or alters the premises on the site and gives the provider {me} full details of new permises or additional premises or the premises as altered, the provider will provide a new or varied schedule specifying the work to be done and quotation for a revised cleaning charge and if it is accepted by the customer,the cleaning contract will continue in force as altered. now does this mean that if i had a contract up and running it becomes void without notice if customer does not like new quote. After looking through this fourm ,and seeing things i should have in this contract , i thinking of changeing lawers. is the above the norm.
