Well if you are self empoyed which you will probably be to start off with. You could pottencially name it like the other company and get away with it.although the law says you must do a research and not take anyonce name i.e not give your company same name as already existing company. I'm thinking of changing my name by deed pole to Henry the carpet cleaner 'the' will be my middle name, it'll be great and just think of all the free advertising I'll get I'll be sat in the doctors and they will have to shout Henry the Carpet Cleaner!! everytime I have to give my name I will be able to advertise myself
