ive just bought a pair of sealskinz, you can feel they are damp, but your hands dont get wet or sweaty. Great grip too.

WCW are doing kevlar sealskinz which look great

i wore cycling gloves all last winter (trad)   i cant trust full fingr gloves, not top of the ladder . the cycling gloves have a grippy palm  and keep the wind off a bit

I use marigold hobby gloves (black)  and use a cotton liner glove....cheap and cheerfull.

I just picked some fingerless gloves with rubber grips on the palm from the pound shop! Bargain! Teaming that up with some black rubber gloves with cotton glove liners from Wilkos for £1.49 for when it gets a bit nippy. 

Used neoprene gloves last year but found it more hassle than they were worth having to take them off everytime I needed change for a custy!

brought some waterproof biking gloves from aldi £2.50 look warm worth a go at that price

Neoprene gloves are good value but you sweat after a little while and it becomes unconfortable, if you can afford, the very best are the sealskinz gloves, and they are the only one that are really water proof.

the Ultra Tough model with kevlar is more resistant than the Ultra grip, if you do a lot of pole work

the contico are nice as well, they use to be my favorites before I used the Sealskinz, because they are not proper waterproof

Yes my staff want me to upgrade them to seal skinz this year, cant spoil employees to much!!!not enough holes in their unger gloves yet!!
